    I teach 10-15 group fitness classes a week and I live in these shoes. I got the lime color (it's a fluorescent tennis ball green in person). This shoe is a lightweight, versatile product. I've done a variety of classes in these, kickboxing, Zumba, step, etc., and they provide excellent lateral support but are lightweight and flexible enough. I'll be ordering a second pair of these soon!

      I got the yellow color and have gotten lots of complements. They are the same color, many of the athletes wore at the Olympics.

      The shoe is lightweight and comfortable. I take both strength training and step classes. It is very comfortable and stable for strength training class. I don't feel the lateral support is good enough for step; probably because it is lightweight with a lot of mesh.

      I'd buy another pair for the comfort, color and style but would not use them for step.
