Best Uses Comments about ASICS Long Haul Handheld Water Bottle Hydration: I am a small woman and this was too heavy and big for me to use for running. I had been using a 10 oz handheld bottle but wanted something bigger, so I tried this. Maybe it would work better for someone with bigger hands, but by the middle of my 7-mile run, I had to keep switching hands, and the 20 oz was too heavy for me. I go this so I wouldn't have to get a belt, but I think I'll have to get one.
