Best Uses Comments about Mens ASICS GEL-Scram Trail Running Shoe: Let me start by saying that I really like Asics. I own a few pairs of road and trail running shoes. They fit me well and provide adequate support. This particular shoe stinks for trail running though. I wasn't even using them that much since I'm not a huge runner. I like getting out on the trails once in a while though and after about 5 5K trails runs, the soles near the big toe started to peel off. I returned them for a new pair and the same thing happened after only a few runs. I finally got a pair of GT-2000 trail shoes and they are much more durable so far. Skip this model.

Comments about Mens ASICS GEL-Scram Trail Running Shoe: Most people that comment are runners or some other kind of athlete, regular people wear these shoes too, lol, for everything, maybe they just don't see enough of Road Runner Shoes in their Mail Box to order from! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I use my own insoles I buy from Road Runner separate for really superb cushioning, I worked too many years on cement floors & have bad knees & feet, my balance is a bit off, I use a cane unless I'm with my big Lab then he and I walk together really good, I don't need it then, he balances me out. These shoes are great though, they really take a beating, they do good in all kinds of weather actually, I'm not going to wear them in snow of course but I'd go hiking in them just as quick as I'd use my hikers. They clean up really well, I'm taking a liking to Asics, this is my first pair but won't be my last whether they squeak on the kitchen floor or not, big deal! Who cares!! If the shoe is good, who cares but some people might find that insulting to their ego so I thought I better throw it in there.
