    These are great lightweight trail shoes; ideal for well-worn singletrack, soft gravel and tarmac. Not enough cushioning or hard-sole for heavy gravel or rough off-trail use. A good everyday runner, though, for those who take it off-road for all or part of their workouts.

      ALWAYS size half up with ASICS. I've bought over 20 different styles of asics brand in the past 3-4 years and these are by far the best fit yet! I have high arches and need the arch support and have always felt ASICS to be the brand for that. I just bought my second pair of the exact same shoe/color in bright pink&blue.
