      I wanted a trainer I could use to walk the dog, workout in the gym and run errands - and I got one! I've used my Envigor TR's to work out on the elliptical, the bike path (yesterday was a 8 mile run/walk), and lifting weights and calisthenics at the gym. Their snug (but comfortable fit) and excellent traction work great running or walking up and down the hilly paths in my neighborhood, and great flexibility make them comfortable for a hour+ gym workout. I will be buying more!

      I bought a 9.5, as I do in all trainers where they recommend going-up half a size. The Envigor TR is a little longer than other shoes I've owned, to include other Asics, but still very functional.
