This product is great! Its made out of a very thick, quality fabric (I'm not sure what it is, but it feels like it be thrown around for years). Its a good size. It was a little smaller that I had first thought, but it is deep enough that all your stuff fits. I use it for high school cross country meets and its perfect for shoes, uniforms, and extra clothes. Theres a mesh side pocket on one end which is the best fit for keys or PowerBars or clipboards or papers for times. On the other side, theres a zipper pocket with a bag that goes into the inside of the bag thats PERFECT for dirty, smelly shoes. It's hard to explain, but its like a stash bag so your entire bag doesnt reek of smelly shoes or sweaty clothes. Theres also a slot for an identification so you dont lose it and a ziper pocket under the label. Most front pockets are really small and shallow but this one is deep enought to fit my wallet, phone, iPod, and energy bar. So its perfect. If your not sure if this bag it right for yo
