Got the small. Waist hit too low below my belly button. Tried the medium. Still too low. It's just the cut and the style. Too bad. Really wanted to like this!

This skort is one of my least favorite ones I own. It does not lay right - not when you are standing, not when you are running... The pleats are just strange fitting. Also, there are no pockets at all, which is rare for running skirts. Not sure what I will use this for, but it won't get worn a lot.

So I ordered this red skirt online because it was not available in stores. Online there is no mention of these pleats on the sides AND the picture shown online does not show that fact either. It is the weirdest design to have for a running skort, pleats on the side! When I put it on just looking at me straight on I can see these bulging sides due to the pleats sticking out (and yes they were ironed correctly). It looks awkward! When I went for a trial run with it, the pleats bulge out even more and fall so weird at the sides. If I used it for an actual race, I can only imagine how terrible the pictures would come out! These weird bulging things at the side. No thank you! I'm returning it immediately and getting a REAL running skort that looks flattering on a strong athletic women pursuing her passion!
