Comments about Womens ASICS GT-2000 G-TX Trail Running Shoe: Bought this shoe as a new trail running Gortex model of my standard Asics GT-series. The difference between the GT-2170 and this new 2000 version is quite noticeable. Feels tighgter in the toe box. Website says to order a half size larger, and this is absolutley good advice. The initial fit feels stiff, not as comfortable for the first few runs, whereas the 2100's would be immeditaley comfortable. Feet stay dry in puddles, rugged sole moves well over trails. Use of shoes in a gym or hot weather leads to extra sweaty feet - probably best for cooler temps, rain and snow.
