Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Equation 7 Running Shoe: This shoe looks good, well made and felt as if it would have the cushioning my old feet and knees would have needed but it runs very narrow compared tool other Asics shoes I've worn. My foot runs slightly wide so for my size 6 1/2 feet with high arches I usually wear a 7 1/2 average width. For this shoe I tried a 7 1/2 extra wide

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Equation 7 Running Shoe: I run about 3 times a week at about 3 miles at a time. So far, the shoes are comfortable and have good support. I feel like I've slowed a little but I think it's simply getting used to new shoes. The sizing chart said to get a half size bigger than normal but I feel like they're almost too big. I generally buy my tennis shoes a little bigger so I probably should have just gotten the same size I normally buy. These seem like good shoes but I haven't had them long so time will tell! I do like the cushion-y feel in my heel and that they don't feel heavy.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Equation 7 Running Shoe: I changed my running style about a year ago which has enabled me to run longer distances. Now I run between 3 and 10 miles each time I run. I have high arches and a wide foot. I had some Asics gel equation shoes that I loved, but thought I'd try some others recommended by the store. After going through several pairs and sustaining an injury because of one shoe, I went back to Asics gel equation. I am now ordering another pair before they aren't available. FYI I run on the road and some trails.

Comments about Womens ASICS GEL-Equation 7 Running Shoe: I have a really wide midfoot, narrow heels, and high arches. For the past 5 years, I've always had success with various asics gel running shoes in a "D" width. Not the gel - equation 7. My feet ached and my knees hurt when I went for a short (2 mile) run. The toe box still feels plenty roomy, but it seems they've narrowed the mid-section. I'm returning these shoes.
