This is really useful for running with two dogs; however I have a powerful puller and the hasp has snapped open unexpectedly when his leash put undue pressure on the hasp...could be very dangerous for the dog. I try to prevent this from happening in the future by placing the hasp at my back vs front. The bungee attachment makes a huge difference and makes it a more comfortable experience for both of us. Because my dog is a puller, the belt can be very uncomfortable, cutting into the small of my back or hips depending on how I place it.
However, after the dog tires out a little bit, he calms down and we enjoy our runs together.

I'm not a great runner to begin with, so it is hard for me to hold onto the leash and try to keep a good pace without slapping Brody on the back with the leash as my arm swings. The Buddy System lets me take her with me and get my run in and lets her get her run in too. I love the moto too-When your best friend is your biggest motivator-ha I just have to look at her and know I have to get out!! This leash takes out the hassle. Great gift idea for all my running friends with dogs.

I bought my Buddy System years ago and i think that everyone should have one. Its a good feeling that your dog is attached and you cant drop the leash while exercise, hiking or just walking through the neighborhood. I originally had a larger dog, but now I have a Yorkie and its great to have both hands to grab him if another dog comes running at him.
