After using another similar product in powder form and finding it too messy, I tried this Body Glide product and loved it. Since I had been prone to blisters on my feet on long runs, I glide this product over the tips and on top of my toes, and all over my feet. Since I've been using this product, I have never had a blister. Also, I used to have serious red chafing marks and rashes under my sports bra band below my bust. After I started using Body Glide on this area, I don't have that problem anymore either. Now this product comes in a convenient trial size which I will use when I have an event. It will be easy to dispose of.

I'm about 190lbs, I have large thins that would chaff easy. When I started running I could only run a few miles. Now I have run at least 8 miles with no chaffing. Its easy to apply and I use it daily.

I'm a runner who is certainly does NOT have the typical runner's physique (I've seen the inside of a weight room!). This product is a must for long runs for the troublesome areas; I've used it for years and highly recommend it.

Product does what in needs to do. Prevent chafing without the mess. I use it on long runs as well as when I'm swimming with a wet suit. Great stuff!

I've run the last several marathons blister and chafe free using this product, but where it really shines is those long, 20 milers in the rain of the Pacific Northwest. Nothing else I've tried lasts as long.

As a newbie to distance running, I developed blood blisters and chafing on the ends and bottom of my toes (from gripping). I ordered this product and have had no more problems! It is easy to apply (like a deodorant stick), is not greasy or messy.

I use this product several times a week. For running, hiking ,and even ruck marches. I have tried the womens's version. I can't tell the difference except it comes in a smaller size than this one. I have recommended it to several people men/women and they have started using it too.

This stuff is awesome!! last longer, smells better, less messy, and does a better job than vaseline. Always heard the hype about it but never really tried it. Then one day I decided to go for it and now I wont go on a long run (10+ miles) without it. I cant recommend it highly enough A++ product

I honestly don't know how anyone suffered through marathons or any kind of long run without this product. I love that it's natural and doesn't smell or stain and isn't difficult to apply. It has truly made training a much more pleasant experience and I won't go without it again!

Chafing in my groin area became such a serious problem that I thought I would have to stop running. Petroleum jelly worked but wore off; this product lasted and worked perfectly. My problem completely solved.
