This stuff is awesome! I was getting blisters ALL the time. Blisters on top of blisters. What a pain! Then I started using Wright Socks and Bodyglide. I don't get blisters anymore. Well, maybe 1 or 2 a year and usually because I used cotton socks or forgot my Bodyglide. It has saved my feet.

It works really well unless you're sweating a lot and have to wear army PTs. As long as at least one of those isn't true, you're good to go.

This stuff is a miracle. Any long-distance runner is all-too-aware of the chafing problem (i.e. nipple chaffing, etc)... this product literally eliminates it and WITHOUT being greasy like the old vaseline stand-by. It's great!

This is great stuff. I've ran 4 marathons and have not had any chafing. My sons also use it to break in new hockey skates.
