      I've been using the regular sizes of this product for preventing blistering on my toes and feet. Since I've used this product, I have not had a single blister. Also, I used to get serious red rashes under the band of my sports bra below my bust. After using this product in that area, I have not had that problem again. Make sure to apply liberally for best results.
