      I'm a 42 year old, 6-7 day a week, 50 mpweek runner who always wore whatever tech-short was cheapest and would fit. After an annoying buy last summer, I messaged some Brooks group people and came out buying these REV Pacers.

      I could never name the brand of other shorts I've owned before, but remember these: Super light and comfortable for the long haul; tough enough for those bits where I've scooted on my but down trails or chased my kids up a tree; washed a whole bunch of times this first 3 months and looking 1st day new yet. I'm glad to take a step out of the Bargain Bin and get my money's worth+.

          Got these after being fed up with the Nike Dri-Fit and Asics microfiber shorts. In any heat or humidity at all, both of those shorts turn to sleek drenched bat's wings, flap against the thighs, and send the sweat coursing down the legs to soak the shoes. (Gross but true. Result is your middle and your feet are sopping.) These take the sweat, contain it, and let you, your legs and your feet run dry. Perfect.
