Compact, yet tons of room inside to store workout gear, change of clothes, jacket, towel, toiletries, etc. Separate zipper pocket on top for wallet, keys, iPod, etc. Stretching, mesh outside pockets to store shoes so as not to soil items inside bag. Room on outside to customize bags with nametape. I use the bag everyday!

I fit my running shoes, a towel, extra shirt, water bottle, lock, and mp3 player in this pack no problem and with some room to spare. The pack looks great too. Very functional with a nice design and comfortable to have on. I can't say anything bad about this pack and would easily recommend it.
