    I wore these shorts running a marathon in Africa. They were perfect ! I usually wear a small, but bought a medium because I wanted them loose to wear in the hot weather. This was a wise decision because these sizes do run small. The medium was a little big, but I could use the tie in front to tighten them up.
    They are so light and make running feel free. The pockets for holding GEL are fantastic. The pockets have a velcro snap and the pockets are on the back at side, versus just in the back, so very easy to get to GEL during a marathon.
    I would highly recommend for running a marathon and for hot weather.
