    I am an avid runner and the first time I put these on and used them, I was amazed. So light weight that it felt like I wasn't wearing anything. It hits on the upper thigh just right without catching that it doesn't constrict and the openings are great for easy movement. I really like the side design, very fashionable and the pocket in the back is great for keys and my iPod
