Comments about Mens Brooks Green Silence Running Shoe:

I'm a bigger runner (5'10"", 190#) and wanted to transition from motion control toward barefoot. Didn't want to make the whole leap so bought these as an intermediate step. Initially afraid knees wouldn't take the pounding but that hasn't been a problem. Very comfortable and adequate cushioning. It's fun to run in such light shoes. Leg muscles below the knee will feel it to start but they adapt. REALLY like these shoes.
