    Out of the box the PureGrits felt good with nice cushioning. However, the "concave" shape crowded my outer two toes and aggravated my neuroma. Personally, I like a roomy toebox. Felt a bit tight on top of the arch. Length was true. Fantastic looking shoe, so, too bad.

      This is the best shoe that I have ever owned. The new verision of this shoe is NOT an improvement on this shoe, so this is the model to have. The traction is the only thing that I would change, but the changes they made to it for the PureGrit 2 are not improvements. Super comfortable and way lighter than you think the shoe is going to be by looks alone. The most well visually designed shoe out there as well.
