Water resistant, yes (and nicely so while retaining moisture transfer / breathability); waterproof, no. Outstanding glove, though - not too snug and not too loose, medium fits like a medium should. I have mild circulation issues in cold weather so I use these up to mid-30's and they're not too warm.
