Way more egro than the RRS, both sides are hand straps for lefty or righty, barely holds a key in the side pouches, a gu shot will not fit but the wrapper/trash will. Like the RRS better for the storage and the clear bottle. This bottle is more idea for smaller hands. I wear XL mens, this fits kind
