I have used Bodyglide (and still do sometimes) but I find that the Sportshield is just as effective at reducing chaffing on runs. The problem I have with bodyglide is that it is thick and sticky when you apply it and clumps up sometimes. I also find it hard to wash off later. The sportshield doesnt have any of those issues. It glides on and protects for as long as I run and later I dont even notice that I have it on.

Great product to help prevent chaffing rubbing. I use it on my thighs. This product was essential in helping my body adjust to increasing my mileage from week to week. I couldn't have gotten by without it.

Found it works better than waxy stick products on heels.
Use in conjunction with double-layer sox to prevent blisters with most of my shoes.
Started using when I was working up to 1/2-marathons as an alternative to my go-to stick product.
Turned out to be a good choice.
No smell, no stain, no blisters.
