    I've run in the 5 and 6 and have liked them. I like this update even more. No radical changes, they have the same stable feel, just feel a bit zippier. The trails I run are pretty technical and these do the job just fine.

      i bought these just in time to run an xterra 10k and i placed 2nd in my age group - i owe it all to the shoes. ok, maybe not, but shoes have made a huge difference for me and i have become loyal to Adrenalines! now, the ASR trail version of Brooks Adrenaline will be a standard. i'm gearing up for a 30k trail run this summer and am glad to have these.

        These shoes will never replace my Cascadias for the long runs, but they are great for fast technical trail runs. Aggressive sole and great fit. Not a good shoe for mud or snow running, not quit thick enough. Maybe they need a gore-tex version. Still a great trail shoe!

          I am not a professional trail runner and I don't use these for extreme trails. I have been using these for the past month. I run about 10-20 miles per week in them on mixed trail runs. Mostly Golf course, Trail and cross country. They have been great for me so far. They are keeping my feet dry, good cushioning, and great traction. They don't keep a lot of grass in the treads but there is a little cumulation. i let the grass dry and brush them out. Great shoe, I would buy them again.
