          When my son tried these on, the top of the shoe (where the laces start) pressed down hard on his feet, and he couldn't stand to keep them on. This is the only pair of shoes he has ever had a problem with.

          It's unfortunate that it costs the customer so much money to return shoes. Next time I'll have him try on his shoes in a store -- where it's free to see if they fit properly.

            My 9 year old son loves these. He is very difficult to buy sneakers for, but these are perfect. He is the type of kid that gives 100% no matter what (recess, gym, lacrosse, basketball, running) so he needed a comfortable and durable sneaker. These definitely do the job! Plus the price was fantastic. He loves Brooks now (switched from Asics).
