Run 30+ miles weekly in these for over 3 years now.... usually change them out around 500 miles but I have stretched to 750 without any issues. I am 220 lbs and a toe runner. Great shoe in both this version and the off road edition. No complaints!

Nice but light weight shoes...no soles
Am a longtime Brooks Beast shoe guy....was advised by Phy. Therapist to try the Brooks Adrenaline which I found to be light and comfy....but thought bottom sole wore out too quickly ( alternating 2 pairs ) versus the Beast. The wearout factor creates an uncomfortable feel in ball area of my feet.
Shoe is worn running slowly on asphalt....maybe a better path / trail shoe. Otherwise a nice show....looking forward to trying the new version.
Was advised by Phy Therapist and a running store to change from the heel-toe running style to a more flatfooted style...hence my change to the Adrenaline shoe. ANY THOUGHTS ?
I've ran in many models of Nikes for the past 7 years, around 8 pairs of the structure triax. This is my first pair of Brooks and love them! I am however pretty disappointed with how quickly the tread has become worn out. I'm 150 lbs, a 2:36 marathoner, mostly run on pavement and gravel. Have found after only 300 miles the shoes felt shot. I've heard 300 miles is a safe time to replace shoes but am used to putting on 400-500 miles before replacing. This is my second pair of Brooks, I love them, but not sure why they are wearing down so quickly.
Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn!
Switched to these from the neutral and performance-neutral brooks models due to PF and Achilles issues. Was concerned about these feeling heavy and clunky after running in minimal type shoes, but my concerns are unfounded. I did a 20-Miler right out of the box with these. Great cushioning and pronation support, but flexible and not heavy feeling at all. I also have blister issues, but these shoes took care of that as well. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.
I liked the GTS 11 better
I run in the gts 11 and it was time to replace them with the new 12. The new 12 don't have the same front cushion that the 11 had and the 12 didn't feel right on my let ankle. I ran two 2 mile run and one 3 mile run and it just didn't fell right. I am trying the Nike structure 15 now I hope they will work for me i might go back to the GTS 12 but I want to try other options first. I would recommend this show but its not for me.
Nice lightweight stability shoe
This is a great running shoe for pronators. I have run in GTS 10, 11 and now 12's. I like that they feel light yet offer sufficient stability. The 12's feel great, possibly a little roomier than prior years, but I still recommend getting a half size bigger than you would otherwise wear. These are great for 5k's up to marathons. Awesome running shoe for pavement. Eliminate the shin splints.
Great fit and cushioning.
Great shoe with lots of support and cushioning both in front and rear. The forefoot cushioning is perfect for my mid foot strike. The rear is just right when going downhill. I've run in Adrenalines since version 5 and these are the best in my opinion. I have a narrow foot and am so glad Brooks has continued offering this model in B width. The fit is snug and the new tounge loop helps incredibly. Great job Brooks. Happy miles!

Brooks Gts 12
Running 25 miles aweek,i have ran over 45,000 miles in my life time, the Gts 12 gives you a nice forward roll, which gives you less stress on the legs,i have used some Asics in the past ,and they make me feel flat footed, like the front of the shoes is working against me,over the last 25 years, the Brooks are my favorite, and the Gts SERIES is Great.
I've been running in Adrenalines since model 8. Until now, the 11 had been my favorite. Light feeling, supportive, durable. This update continues all those qualities. I would say the 12 is just a bit firmer feeling. But instead of making the ride harsher, it just feels a tad more responsive. Brooks, IMO, has taken a great shoe and just made it even better.

I use these shoes for running and calisthenics days. The shoe was great right out of the box and continues to impress me. I typically dont like to go with the "popular" shoe, but I cant express my satisfaction with this shoe enough. The price of the shoe is reasonable and I plan to be a long time customer.
I returned to running last year.I was very comfortable with the GTS11 and had no injuries.I find the GTS12 to be stiffer with less cushioning, though I am sure that many runners would be happy with this shoe. It would be nice if manufacturers would "update" their shoes by changing the colors and not the structure. Because I have a wide foot, I am having trouble finding the GTS 11 in my size.
I'm a Brooks convert
Until this shoe I was an Asics faithful, but recently nothing had been fitting my foot right. The moment I tried this shoe on I knew it was my new shoe. It doesn't feel like I have weights on my feet and they are more an extension of my feet than an accessory. At 200 lbs, the cushioning is more than adequate.
The Adrenaline 12 is just okay. It doesn't have the great feel that the 11 had. To me, it feels too firm and stiff. Like one of the other reviewers, I prefer the 11 much more than the 12. I don't understand why shoe companies feel the need to make significant changes to shoes that have sold so well, like the Adrenaline 11 has.
Worst running shoes ever
I'm 5'9 medium built and run 3 miles every day. These are the worst running shoe ever. I have the last years model i loved them but these are the total opposite. No cushioning, no arch support and way to stiff. Road runner was kind any let me return them after a few run. I ended up buying the lasts years version again and they were on sale. Love the GTS 11's
Best of the Adrenaline series yet!
Have been running in the Brooks Adrenaline series since model 6 and this is the best one yet! Very comfortable, well-cushioned and fairly light. The best comment that I can give is that when running in the A12's I don't feel like stoping when the end of my run comes around.
My best shoe ever!
It's my fourth pair, I've being training / running with them for more than a year. I've run a marathon, several 10k races and some triathlons with no pain or disconfort in the knees or the legs. And they are ready to run right from the box.
Great all-around shoe
I have several pairs of the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 12 and have been running in Brooks forever. This shoe fits me great and is perfect for the amount of training I do. It feels great on the road and trails. I race in them too.
I recently tried my first pair and am very pleased. I was a heavy user of the New Balance 1220 series which have been discontinued. I find the Adrenaline GTS to have similar performance but with less weight. I'm now a Brooks fan.
This shoe is great alternative to the Asics 2100 series. I love both shoes but the 12 works best for me. Shoe is ready to go right out of the box and is pretty durable as I have logged hundreds of miles in them for marathon training
not for very fast runners
I would expect it to be more flexible.
Very comfortable shoes but little heavy than what I used to run with - suacony triumph 9
I would recommend this shoes to slow runners not to fast runners

I'm sold on this great shoe
I've been running for 29 years and using Adrenaline for about five years.Probably would have improved my times significantly had I used Brooks sooner
Prefer The GTS 11
As a light runner 5' 3" 138 pounds I am more comfortable in the GTS 11. Not as snug as the GTS12. I wear an insert. GTS 11 Best upgrade yet
Spring Valley NY
Keep coming back.
I keep coming back to this shoe. This is my 5th generation of this shoe. I've tried other shoes and have never found a better everyday trainer.
Would definitely buy again. A great shoe all the way around. Will probably get another pair in the near future.
I like the Brooks shoes a lot. Mostly for the fit and feel. This pair is too new yet to give an opinion about durability.

Love my Brooks
First time using your company as I received a gift card. Will use in the future for sure.
Solid pair of running shoes with the right amount of cushioning and stability control.
Been wearing Adrenalines for years, gets better with each upgrade.
Very comfortable shoe
I wear the shoes for my running workouts
