As a letter carrier with flat feet, these shoes are the best from day one. I don't need to use the orthodic in this model. I also use the Addiction in my running shoe. Yeah!

Even with the WIDE width, the shoe is too narrow and does not have enough depth in the forefoot. I also tried an X-Wide width which offered a little extra width than the wide but it was too loose in the arch and midfoot area. I have a Morton's Neuroma on one of my feet so it's absolutely essential that I have enough width and depth in the forefoot. What I did like about the regular wide width shoe was that it hugged my heel perfectly. No slippage! Overall I'm really disappointed with this walking shoe.
