Update - After 60 miles I’ve relegated these shoes to walkers. Not enough cushioning for bigger guys on longer runs. I will stick with my Asics 1130’s – IMO the best stability shoe for the money!

THE GOOD - A light Stability shoe with good response and great out of the box fit!
THE BAD - Not enough cushioning and I question the durability.
I normally run in ASICS 1120/1130 with Speva mid-soles. I'm 180 lbs and these shoes are great for short runs 5 miles or less. Would be good for 5K-race day shoes – but they don’t compare to the 1130’s for cushioning. Big guys that run more than 5 miles a day - beware.

I recently tried these as an alternative to the Adrenaline's, which I'd had 3 consecutive pairs of. Although the Switch was comfortable on the foot, I found that they didn't provide enough mid-foot support and an old problem with plantar fasciitis eventually returned. I'm now back in the GTS's. If you don't need stability and support, these may be the shoe for you.

Love em..maybe the best shoe I have ever run in...out of the box took them on a 9 mile tempo in the pooring rain and they felt great..just the right amount of cushioning and support for me. I am 6'1" 175 lbs and a mild overpronator
