I had some knee pain with the Mizzuno Alchemys a couple of weeks ago. I have been wearing the Addiction 8 for two weeks and the pain is gone. I like these shoes!

I was a total believer in the Brooks Addiction 6. When Brooks messed it up and updated their shoe to the 7's I was SOOO disappointed. The 7's were a HORRIBLE update. I actually had to change over to the New Balance 858's just to feel temporarily comfortable in a semi comparable shoe.

I was an avid Addiction shoe buyer and supporter until this new update. The toebox feels smaller and the widths are narrower then the previous versions. I tried for a week and was frustrated.

Used to run with the old Addiction because the Beast was just too clunky, but seriously battled with shin splints-- The new Beast solved problems and has been great but wear out much too quickly and are expensive so thought I would try these new Addictions-- For the most part they are a very smoot...
