I'm a middle age woman with wide feet (I buy the wide width of these) and slight pronation, who uses her sneakers mainly for walking and trips to the gym. I've been wearing the Adrenaline for a few years now because they fit my feet perfectly and provide the support and cushioning I need. I have to lace to prevent heel slippage and on some pairs, the laces are long enough, but on others, I've had to buy a pair of longer laces (or steal them from an old pair of sneakers). The mesh is nice for cooling, but not so nice for walks on rainy days or through wet grass in the morning. They last an average amount of time for the miles put on them and the quality is good. Definitely recommended.

I've been running in Brooks for the past three years and loved the Ghost2, but decided to go back to the Adrenalines because of the support/cushioning and quality they are known for. Like other reviewers, I'm disappointed that the padding under the forefoot wears out so easily. I began running in the GTS9s in the beginning of January, and I already need to replace them...desperately.

I am a newbie runner (6 months) and had already bought 3 new pairs of shoes which I had no problems with (2 Sauconys, 1 Mizuno). I just tried them on and was immediately in love! They are by far my favorite shoe and I bought a second pair to save recently.

I use these shoes for running on the bike trails. Very comfortable and light. Thought I could get away with other models, but ended up coming back to the Adrenaline GTS. I have a bunion on my right foot and have no pain or discomfort during exercise. Will definitely stick with this model.

I use these sneakers to walk at least a few miles everyday, and they didn't have as much arch support, which is the main reason I buy Brooks. Disappointing. I hope the GTS 10 is back to the quality of the previous Adrenaline models.

I love these shoes! After running just a few feet in my old pair (non-Brooks), my shins would burn like crazy and after about 3/4 of a mile, my knees would start to ache. The first time out in these babies and no pain at all! Will definitely continue on with this line once my current ones wear out, which should be in just a couple months!

I liked this shoe and it was narrow enough for my heal. I feel as if hte padding in the forefoot thins out too quickly and each color has a different width. The white seem to run wider than the grey and black and the black wider than the grey. Very frustrating.

I have worn Brooks for nearly 20 years, and the Adrenaline is one of my favorites. The shoe has a wide toe box and is very comfortable for those with painful bunions. Make sure you order up a 1/2 size like RRS suggests. I wear a 6.5, so the 7 is perfect for all Brooks shoes. Other shoes always give me a blister right under my ankle bone, and on my Achilles, but Brooks are cut perfectly to provide support and still not rub on those sensitive areas. Take these shoes out on a cold day and you will instantly notice the breathability--great air circulation to reduce the chance of blisters from sweaty socks.

Wore Brooks Adrenline GTS 8 with much happiness. GTS 9 are a completely different shoe and like other reviewers, I have experienced knee, heal, and achilles soreness with these shoes on any run over 8 miles. I will go search for the GTS 8 or may need to swith brands.

I have had this series of shoes for 7 years. For my feet they are a perfect fit! Every once in a while I will try something else and the something else becomes an everyday shoe and I purchase these again. For my pronation they fit fabulous. Like any running shoe, until you know what you like and what works, try them on.

These are the BEST distance running shoes I have ever bought! I extended my typical long run from 8 to 12 miles this year and "WOW!" my New Balance shoes killed me. I tried on these shoes and thought I was running on clouds. What a joy to run in the Adrenaline 9.

I own all the adrenalines back to GTS 5 and I love them all. However, GTS 9 has a smaller toe box, which I found out because my big toe joint was hurting on top (symptom of bunions). I even went back to my GTS 8 and went for a run to see if it's the shoe and my foot felt great until I slipped back into the GTS 9, my joint instantly began to hurt. I'm afraid to buy the new GTS 10...

Training for a marathon, always wore asics but the 2140's gave me shin splints. Tried these and after an 18 mile run, the top of my foot went numb. It has been a month and my foot is still numb. There is also no forefoot cushioning. Never had problems with the balls of my feet but now I do. These shoes are going back. Going to try the Kayano's or the new 2150.

The Adrenaline 9's are built like high heels: high, cushion-y heel, slanting to little cushion in the forefoot. These shoes are also very flat in the toebox (width is okay, just not very roomy vertically). I am an Adidas fan due to the depth of most of their stability shoes, so I guess I'm going back to Adidas.

I am returning these shows because it does not have much cushioning although stability is good. If these shoes had more cushioning, they would have been a keeper!
