Walked into a dark room and it almost lit it up on its own. Very visible, great for layering on frosty days. Reflective material is added bonus. The left arm has a pocket the size of a smaller cell phone for whatever you need to keep handy. I layered it with another thermal top and wasn't too hot on a 50 degree day. I love the thumb holes that keep the sleeves from riding up as I run. Overall, great layering shirt! Love it!
