    Saw one on a couple of rock-climbing friends and knew I had to own my own. So happy with it, I think I'll have to get another. Wear it under caps (for morning runs), to the gym, at home, toolin' around town...still haven't worn it to sleep, got to give it a rest too.

    Who would've thought that these buffs popularized by the show Survivor would really be so handy dandy?

    The buff is really versatile and can be worn a million and one ways. Well, not really but there's at least 10 ways that I can think of.

    The buff comes with a cardboard insert that details some of the myriad ways that it can be used. As a headband, balaclava, scrunchie, bandana and if you're thin enough (which I'm not), I'd bet it makes a great tube top.

    It's comfy, practical and wears well. Keeps all my hair in place when I'm exercising, just wish that Road Runner had more variety in the colors.
