I usee this product for running 65-70 per week. This past summer was brutal for the east coast. I needed a bigger water bottle with pockets to carry gels, debit card, etc. It works perfectly, and it does not ride up or bounce while you run. Just be careful of the velco on the straps, if you reverse it, it will ruin your shirt.

I am 5'2" around 125 lbs, and wear it during long runs for marathon training. I have to pull the strap very tight to fit me but when I get it tight, it doesn't bounce or anything. I can fit my ipod in the gel bottle holder, and my cell phone, keys, id cards, and several packs of energy chews in the 2 pockets provided. The only downside is that sometimes the belt gets loose (I can't seem to secure it) while running so I have to pull it tight several times and that the bungee cord for the bottle holder bounces around.

This is a good product for me (6'2", 185lbs, ~32-33" waist). Bottle is held securely, quality is good, and I can carry a cell phone + nutrition. Caution to smaller runners: the product image does not show the front pocket - important because the adjustment cannot be tightened to fit a waist much smaller than mine: runners with smaller waists may not be able to achieve a snug fit so test carefully, or consider ordering a model without the additional front pocket.

Comfortable way to hold a bottle and some nutrition. Pockets aren't big enough to hold much in the way of gear or clothing, but you can hold some food and essentials. Water bottle stays plenty secure.

Great comfortable pack for running. Only one problem and hence the 4 stars. The integrated velcro loop stays at the open end of the belt prevented me from doubling back the belt through the buckle. Because I couldn't do this the belt could not remain tight throughout my run. I had to keep on pulling on the belt to retighten during my run. My solution was to cut off the velcro loop stay at the open end of the belt and use as an independent loop stay while doubling back the belt through the buckle. This should provide enough friction to prevent loosening during runs. I will try it on my next run. Other than that, I highly recommend this product.

I bought this and am so very thankful. I tried carrying just a bottle of water and found it to be a pain. Once I got it adjusted the way I like it, I could run forever with this. The amount of storage is great for everything I could need (gel, cell phone, ID, iPod). Absolutely recommend this for anyone who likes to run.

Great for multi-hour runs. The pockets are large enough for gels and any extras you want to carry and the belt is fully adjustable which lets you cinch it tight around your hips to stop bouncing. Water bottle holds enough for a 2 hour run but more than that and you'll want a secondary source or a waterfountain to fill back up.

I am so glad that I made this purchase. I wear this for short and long runs, it allows me to bring whatever I want along. The only problem that I have with it is that my torso is long and curvy so I wear it right under my rib cage so that it doesn't bouce or slide. I recommened this to anyone who carries a water bottle with them on walks or runs, beleive me when I say that I am glad that I made the purchase. Also, it looks a lot better than the people with fanny packs, come on we left the 90's 10+ years ago.

I bought this hydration pack as I began running more than 12 miles in the dessert, to prepare for the San Diego Marathon. I was very impressed with how cool it stayed and how I was able to adjust it to fit my small waist. I have been able to increase my mileage by carrying this pack. It also has enough room to carry lots of GU gels, ipod, and phone. I love it!!

Excellent for long runs! The built in pouch in the left side mesh pocket is perfect for my iPhone. Cinch it up tight and it is very comfortable when the water bottle is full. Plenty of room for gel packs, key fob and I.D. A must have for runs longer than one hour.
