I use the arc4 after using the fuel belt and amphipod systems for years training and racing iron distance triathlons. Not perfect, but the best system I've used. The bottles don't leak, high capacity and a comfortable belt. There is a little too much bounce in the elastic bottle carriers, but still a better retention system than other competitors.

Just arrived and I can't wait to run with it.
I'm a man with a 33" waist, so I ordered the Medium size (specs say 32-36" is M). While this is slightly adjustable, I wouldn't say there's 4" of play. The belt is about 31", plus a 4" velcro attachment. For me, that means only 1-2" of velcro is attached. That could lead to it becoming loose in time. Also, there's a little stretch, but if you stretch it too much, then it's hard to breathe (and harder to run).

Quality is good and the pocket is large enough to just barely fit an iPhone 5. It's in the back, so I don't think you could get the phone out of the pocket without stopping, but at least it fits.

RRS is great and I'm exchanging easily for a Large. The price was very good as well.
