    Just picked up a pair of these in black. The crossed straps in front are more flattering than a strap straight across the insole, and they're secure enough that I can wear them riding my bike around town. They only come in whole sizes; so I ordered a half-size up. It feels a little roomy but doesn't slide around. They are insanely comfortable and presentable enough for a casual day at work -- look cute with a knee-length dress or skirt. One down side: the soles are oddly slippery -- I slide around on hardwood floors.
