I have chronic shin splits and was very skeptical at first but figured it couldn't hurt to try. It took a few runs but eventually there was no pain in my shins with running. Now I wear them when I run and while I work (I'm a nurse)

I was skeptical at first, but my physical therapist (also an elite runner) loves them and recommended them. He was right -- they really do speed recovery. I also wear them while running and they keep my legs comfortable and springy. If you're on the fence, take a chance and get 'em. This brand is especially "squeezy", so make sure you measure your calves and order accordingly.

First wore these socks in Germany. They were selling them at the local Iron Man Competition. They work great, after four runs with them I am telling all my running friends to try them out
