During my training runs, I have experienced significant pain in my lower left leg. No matter how much I warmed up, the first 10 minutes of my runs were near excruciating. After I purchased the CEP sleeves, I have experienced anything from no pain to very minimal discomfort. It is perfect to get my legs warmed up so that I can comfortably go on those long runs for the afternoons. My pain is localized to my left leg, so that's the only sleeve I wear. A few times I have tried to run without the sleeve, and the difference is like between night and day - the pain immediately comes back and I find myself running back to get the sleeve on.

I do have some concerns about the durability of the product, and it is going to be a matter of time on how long they will last. So far I am on week 3 and they are phenomenal. Fantastic product, I'd recommend it 100%

I have had compression socks before, but not compression sleeves. Sleeves are much better for me. They are more convenient and easy to use. I feel like I'm getting a continual massage when wearing them.

After surgery on both legs, I have a problem with swelling on both legs. I wear these doing runs and work-out an keep on for an hour post work-out a great job of controlling the swelling.

I developed a blood clot in my leg and my doctor recommended these for daily use. They take a little while to get used to, but now I feel awkward when I don't wear them. Very durable and very nice.

I used these compression sleeves after long runs and I tried them last weekend in a half marathon. They did great, I didn´t feel tired or with pain. For recovery they worked great and for run they did better. I looking to use something similar for my legs, probably will try a compression short.

I wore these on four half marathons in four consecutive months (September - December 2012) including training runs of four or more miles and these are great. They provide super support and dry almost immediately. They are a challenge to get on because they are snug but if you have the correct size you will know it once they are on your calves. Take the time to actually measure your calves and read the washing instructions! They come in a nice variety of colors too.

this sleeves are great i tried compression socks and those rip and don't last long this sleeves work and last a long time 4 months of daily use and no rips yet and no shin splits!!!!!

They Work! I have been singularly impressed with their impact. Really help with the transition to barefoot running shoes which place considerable pressure on the lower calf.

I've worn these at 2 half-marathons, and they really sped up my recovery time especialy at a mountain run ! I'm convinced !

I run varsity cross country and track. I can not afford to take off time to nurse shin splints, so I run right through them. These CEP sleeves made a noticeable difference in levels of pain. I would still recommend using ice and try to cross train. Overall, a good buy that is defiantly worth the money.

The CEP compression sleeves are a superior product for those long runs as well as recovery after serious training. These are best used for those 15-26.2 mile runs, but also work well for speed training during threshold workouts. They are comfortable and although a bit difficult at first to get on and off, then really do the job. Superior comfort and durability really round out the value these will add to your workouts and recovery. I highly recommend to anyone who is an avid runner or triathlete.

I had repeated issues with calf strains. After using this I have had no injuries or even tenderness. They aren't "too tight" but provide the right amount of compression to stabilize the muscles and prevents injury by not allowing compartment syndrome in the muscle. I have worn them in every training run for my marathon, recovery following the runs and will use them in the race as well.
