Recovery sock is great to help with lactic acid after my longer runs. I wear the sleeve during the run. The compression is different in both.

I have been experiencing terrible calf cramps for over 6 weeks now. I have only been able to run 1 or 2 days in any week and after every run I was in pain for 5-7 days. I ordered the CEP recovery pack hoping that it would help me get back to my normal running routine, but I have to admit that it seemed like a long shot.

I started running with the calf sleeve and wearing the recovery socks just two weeks ago and on the first run I had much less pain and recovered in two days instead of 5. This week I ran 20 miles and I have had absolutely no calf cramping or pain. These products were more effective than I ever imagined they could be and using them has allowed me to return to my normal running routine. I could not be happier!
