The product just simply is unreliable. The strap quit working after five months, and watch/monitor froze up on me last Friday. Customer service for Polar...forget it> a web site and an overseas number. No Receipt, no recourse. No worth it, go elsewhere.

I own a 625X, and I bought this for my wife. For the price tag, it doesn't do as much as the website leads you to believe. Only 1 heart zone, records only time in zone, NO polar ownindex test, very limited information uploaded to the polar website. If polar would offer its higher end models in de...
