Very accurate

Comments about Polar RCX3 Run Monitors:

Comes with a heart rate strap, data transfer unit and shoe pod for speed and distance. The foot pod syncs up much quicker than my old GPS watch!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
