Comments about Polar RCX3 GPS Monitors:

Upgraded monitor with more functions, with a heart rate strap, shoe pod, data transfer unit and a separate GPS unit for speed and distance. The watch is less bulky than the ones with GPS inside.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
