These bars are great, and for someone like my self with dairy allergy they are a dream come true. No whey or any other milk by-products. Very easy on the stomach and enough energy packed into these to get you through long runs. They taste great too.

There is nothing better to eat in the car on the way to an early morning trail run. Easy on my stomach and tastes better than most other bars. My cross country team fights over these things.

The taste is ok, but the bar really fills you up. It's perfect for breakfast or a pre-race snack. I personally am addicted to chocolate brownie and banana nut bread.
