I've only tried the razz and the chocolate...wasn't a fan of the razz but the chocolate is really good and I've never had any upset stomach issues or anything with them. I like the all natural ingredients too!

I'd just like to say something: I think that shots effects are sometimes all in our heads! It takes a long time for nutrients to get into our bloodstream, so if you take them at the end or middle of a run, depending on the distance/ time in your run, sometimes it doesnt have enough time to get into your system by the time you're done with the run! Take it before you start.

They are thicker than other gels but taste is good. My main complaint is that it is difficult to tear open the package when your hands are sweaty. I don't remember struggling so much with Gu and Accel. For this reason, I won't be re-buying this brand.

Gels are as other reviewers note, necessary tools to finish a rum, not the dessert you would get at a restaurant. The mango tasted better than most but wouldn't eat any gel for just a snack. Didn't give me an upset stomach and tolerable with a water chaser

Clif Shots are great - they give a nice boost of energy during long runs. I like the Raspberry & you can't go wrong with the Chocolate.

Excellent taste and I really like the litter leash. Unfortunately, Strawberry and Razz give me VERY painful acid reflux. I don't have any problems with Vanilla, but its not enough to keep me using this product.
I have to add that my wife loves the Apple Pie Clif shot and she hasn't had any acid refux problems.

While energy gels are what they are --quick bursts of fuel with an unusually thick, syrupy consistency-- Clif is by far the BEST of them. Some of the flavors are borderline delicious! (I agree with the other reviewer: the Mango flavor is awesome! Also, the Chocolate flavor tastes just like fudge topping!)

Easy on the stomach and very effective. I've downed 3 at a time during a marathon with only positive effects. Try the mango...yep, mango.

This is my favorite of the several I tried. I like the strawberry the best and I use the mocha before start of a run/race. It worked quickly and your body can feel it working. I used it to train for a half marathon and then used it for the JFK 50 Miler. I'm using it to prepare for the ING Marathon in Atlanta, GA. Great stuff and I recommend it to my friends and they like it too.

Used product during a trail half marathon and worked miracles for me. Compared to other products this tastes better and didn't give the vomitting sensation

Taste: Ugh. But what gel isn't lacking there.
Energy Boosting power. Took one at mile 7 of a 9 mile run and it really made those last few miles easier. Rocket fuel
Other: Made me thirsty as all heck because of the consistency (very thick) and the sweetness.
Bottom line: I'll keep using it.
