So much better than gels! I like spreading them out over the course of 30 minutes. These taste great and sit very well with me - while the gels sometimes give me GI issues

These are great during a run. The gels are hard to swollow while running, however you can continue to run without stopping while chewing on these. Love them!!!

this product is great. I had to find something with sugar to give my 18 year old dog. I was feeding her high protien diet and the vet said she needed more carbs/sugar. So I fed her one and she loved it I give her 1 bloc 2 times daily and she has the energy and is doing better.

IfGu's,gels,and bars sound unappetizing during long runs or rides, try these! They remind me of gummy candy, which I love, yet not as sweet. A welcome alternative.

Way better then Gels. They taste like fruit snacks (well at least Cran Razz does), they are easy to eat, and you can spread them through out your run!

These are infinitely better than gels. I could never manage an entire gel at once, but I can easily eat three of these blocks (the equivalent to one jel packet) within seconds. They are the answer.

I love these blocks! They are easier to eat than gels, and you can eat in small increments. Taste great; not too sweet. Perfect during a workout.

Easy to eat and tasty too. Less sticky and messy than gels. Packaging lets you save some for later. Tried for the first time halfway through a 2 hour bike ride when I was ready to give up. They helped revive me. I enjoy Cran Razz - though I really dislike any gels other than vanilla, so this surpris...

My stomach can't tolerate ANY gels during a marathon, but the blocks can be eaten spread out over an hour rather than all at once like a gel. Easier on the stomach and a steadier energy source when taken that way.

Gels have not worked for me, but these have worked great for me during triathlons and during long run and bike training. The flavors are great and I like being able to eat a couple of them at a time at regular intervals without having to open a new package like I would with gels.

I found these to be so sickly sweet that I couldn't even eat a full serving during my run. I also found the packaging to be combersome. Much tastier than gels and easy to eat as well. Good flavor that is not overwhelming. Each packet has 2 servings and they give you great supplement and energy. I Highly recommend these!

I tried these for the 1st time during a 20 miler today. Much easier to eat while running than a bar. I like gels but you can only eat so many gels during a run. I've ordered a box and tend to use these a lot.
