I have used the Shot Bloks in training for marathons and they are great. The new packaging is much easier to use. Just open one end and use your front teeth to bite down and pull one or more bloks into your mouth. I like the Black Cherry the best. The taste and texture are much better than gels.

I prefer Bloks over gels because of the taste and texture. They don't make me as nauseated as some gels do, but plenty of water is still required.

I love these so much- I train and run with them and they always maintain my energy levels. Highly recommend the Cran-Razz and Strawberry flavors for the sweet tooth. The new package means that I don't have to repackage these for a run. My husband recently started riding long distances on his road bike, and I bought these for him as an energy supplement. He loves them too.

I have used these in Marathons and Half Marathons, great for energy and electrolyte replacement. The new pack will make them easier to carry.

I tried the Black-Cherry shots gel in a marathon and are greats. Sadly i only had one sachett, but i recommend these item.
