I really enjoy blending this with 8 oz. of skim milk, a banana, tsp. natural peanut butter,ice, and a shot of really - really strong coffee! Yum! It tastes so good it feels like I am over-indulging while doing my body good! The only thing I crave after a great run and this is a nap! :)
