          My wife and I trained for an ironman last year. These were a staple food source we used on our training bike rides. The 100 calorie size was perfect for us. The products are tasty, and not too big. It was easy on the digestive system, which is important when you are doing lonnnng endurance activities.

          I also enjoy the face that you can get a mixed box of flavors.
