Comments about CW-X Compression Calf Sleeve Injury Recovery: Seems like a great product, but going by the sizing guide I picked a Medium, and found that after a mile or so they would not stay up, and I gave up stopping to pull them up. Needless to say I cannot comment on their effectiveness to reduce the pain from lactic acid after a long run. Choose your size carefully, and if in doubt, go with the smaller size!
