Comments about Mens CW-X Stabilyx Fitted Tights: I bought these to see if they really do help your knees, and they do! *BUT*...I have to hike them way up, and tie the cord very tightly, or they'll "ride down"...they tend to creep down, so the crotch and butt is much lower than they should be, restricting movement way more than tights should. I have a fairly athletic build, although I suppose my thighs are maybe skinnier in proportion to my butt and calves. My advice would be to try them on in a store and ask to jog at least a quarter mile or so before buying.
