      I am a runner. I put these on my Christmas list because I needed a great compression short for warmer weather. Like the other person commented, there are cooler shorts out there but for longer runs, or a lot of runs, these shorts can't be beat. I also run six days a week, with a few 2-a-days thrown in. These shorts wash well and dry quickly. I literally wash these shorts at least 6x a week and they've held up great. The compression is comfortably supportive and the shorts don't ride up anywhere. I have not chafed anywhere and that's always a good thing =-]

        I generally run 6 days a week..sometimes twice a day..these shorts give excellent support and hold up well to repeated washing. They are not super cool for the hot/humid summers, but they dry quickly and breezes feel great =-] I have super light, lined shorts that aren't really that much cooler. Sometimes you're just gonna be hot and sweaty.

          If you want true compression running shorts...these are the ones! Expensive, but well worth it. These are my third pair. Word to the wise....Don't think you need to go a size up because they are snug - nothing worse than compression pants that don't COMPRESS!!!!
