    I drink a lot of water every day - especially on workout days - and sometimes I like just a little flavor. Cytomax is light tasting, not too sweet or chalky, and refreshing especially when mixed with really cold water. I've used this during spin class and on long walks and haven't had any negative side effects. The portability of the single packs is really great. I keep one in my purse at all times.
